Refund Policy

Sunrise Sisterhood Refund Policy

​

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness for both our facilitators and participants, we have the following refund policy in place:

​

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund or transfer to another session.

​

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours of the event, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer, as our facilitators have already prepared for your attendance.  

​

  • In the case of severe weather or event cancellations on our end, you will be given the option to transfer your ticket to another session or receive a full refund.

​

  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process and return to your account.
