Tamlyn has been part of Sunrise Sisterhood since the very beginning, bringing her radiant energy, soulful presence, and deep love for movement to our community. A passionate yoga instructor, she blends mindfulness, strength, and flow, creating sessions that nourish both body and soul. Known for her infectious spirit and ability to read the room, she effortlessly guides women through yoga, breath, connection, and even a dance party or two—always reminding us to move with joy and embrace the moment. 💛✨

Chontelle Grace
Zen Thai Yoga, Massage & Pilates Instructor
Chontelle is a passionate facilitator with a deep love for movement, healing, and connection. Specialising in Zen Thai Yoga, Zen Thai Massage, and Pilates, she brings a unique blend of strength and softness to her sessions. Wise beyond her years, Chontelle’s classes are a space to surrender, reconnect, and realign, both physically and energetically. Sarah has been empowering women through movement for years, helping them build strength, confidence, and a love for fitness that goes beyond the gym. With a passion for mindset, body positivity, and making exercise fun, she believes movement should be something you enjoy, not a chore. Her sessions are high-energy, uplifting, and designed to help you feel strong, capable, and connected. Whether it’s group fitness, functional movement, or simply moving for joy, Sarah’s approach is all about celebrating what your body can do. Santosha le Roux
Yoga &Pilates Instructor /Sound Healing and Breathwork Guide
Santosha is a Yoga and Pilates instructor, Sound Healing facilitator, and Breathwork guide, known for creating calm, grounded spaces that help women reconnect with themselves. With a background in Biomedical Science, she brings a rare mix of science and soul to everything she does, blending practical wisdom with deep presence. She’s passionate about helping women slow down, tune in, and create more space for peace, clarity, and connection in their everyday lives.
When she’s not holding space in session, she’s co-hosting the ASAP Podcast, sharing honest conversations around wellness, growth, and conscious living.

Stacey Louise
Yoga / Acro yoga Movement Facilitator
Stacey is a breath of fresh air, our little fairy who brings lightness, joy, and deep connection to every session. A passionate and experienced yoga teacher, she weaves together Vinyasa, Hatha, and AcroYoga to create a practice that is both grounding and uplifting. Her sessions are a beautiful balance of strength and fluidity, mindfulness and movement, individuality and sisterhood. Having navigated her own journey through burnout and healing, Stacey knows the power of slowing down, tuning in, and restoring balance. Now part of Sunrise Sisterhood, Stacey leads soulful sunset sessions, inviting women to move with intention, reconnect with themselves, and embrace the magic of community. Whether guiding a gentle flow or sharing partner-based practices, her energy is infectious, leaving you feeling lighter, inspired, and deeply supported. 💛✨

Lotti Davies
Yoga Instructor/ Naturopath/ Nurtritionist
Lotti Davies is UK certified in Naturopathic Nutrition and a Qualified Yoga Instructor with a background in design. She works with individuals to support their health with education and treatment plans and through the healing power of movement! She has a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition, Level 2 Nutrition, NGO Trauma training and experience working amongst the wholefood and healthcare world. She uses astrology and a strong focus on diet, environment and breathwork to support her clients.
