Our Mission
After the loss of her sister, Tam saw more clearly than ever that humanity was missing something vital , connection, sisterhood, and real support.
What began as a few women gathering at sunrise to move and breathe soon became a mission to bring back what the world had forgotten: community, collaboration, and joy.

Our mission is simple, to bring women together again.
To remind each other that we don’t have to do life alone.
To create spaces where women can rise, heal, laugh, cry, and rediscover who they are.

Women go through so much, especially in their mid years.
Grief, divorce, perimenopause, relocation, empty nesting, these are transitions that can leave us feeling disconnected or unseen.
But who knows what we go through better than other women?

Finalise - If it’s a match, you’ll receive your official Offer Letter and Licence Agreement to secure your location and begin onboarding.

Train / Induction - Attend your 3-Day Induction Retreat (alternative options available) for hands-on training, mindset work, and brand immersion.

Launch - Bring Sunrise Sisterhood to your community within 4–8 weeks.
