Welcome to Sunrise Sisterhood! By booking and participating in any of our sessions or events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings must be made online via our booking platform.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the event start time to receive a full refund or transfer.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund due to facilitator scheduling, venue hire, and planning costs.

If Sunrise Sisterhood needs to cancel an event (e.g. for extreme weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future session or request a refund.
2. Wet Weather Policy

We do our best to hold sessions rain or shine. If it rains, we will move to one of our indoor backup venues.

Please check your email or our social media channels for location updates. No refunds will be provided due to weather if a backup venue is available.
3. Health & Safety

By participating in any Sunrise Sisterhood event, you agree to take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.

Always move mindfully and listen to your body. You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Please inform your facilitator of any injuries or limitations prior to the session.
4. Children & Pets

As these sessions are designed to be deeply restorative and intentional, we kindly ask that no children or pets attend the sessions. This ensures a grounded and focused space for all participants.
5. Photos & Media

Sunrise Sisterhood may take photos and videos during sessions for promotional use.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a team member know before the session begins, and we will absolutely respect your privacy.
