Applications and confirmation
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the retreat or a particular accommodation type. Bookings are confirmed only after an offer has been accepted, the booking terms agreed to and the required deposit received.
Accommodation and room allocation
Accommodation is limited and allocated according to availability and confirmed bookings. We will do our best to accommodate room and sharing preferences, but these cannot be guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Deposit and payments
To confirm your spot today, you can pay in full by bank transfer. If you require a payment plan, a deposit of $500 is required The remaining balance is payable according to the payment schedule.
All prices will be displayed in Australian dollars, with any applicable fees disclosed before payment.
Guest cancellations
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change.
However if you feel you can't fulfill your obligations, please let us know as soon as possible.
Retreat changes or cancellations
If Sunrise Sisterhood needs to make a significant change, postpone or cancel the retreat, guests will be contacted promptly and advised of the available options and their rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Health, safety and participation
The retreat may include yoga, Pilates, group fitness, dancing, breathwork, meditation, bushwalking, swimming, sauna, ice baths and other physical or recreational activities.
All activities are optional. By attending, guests acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and involves inherent risks, including injury, illness or physical and emotional discomfort.
By being a guest you accept full personal responsibility for your choices, actions, health, wellbeing and participation throughout the retreat.
You agree to listen to your body, respect your limitations, follow safety instructions and stop any activity if you feel uncomfortable or unwell.
We require all guests to complete a confidential health and safety questionnaire and disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or limitations. You are also responsible for your personal belongings and taking reasonable care for their own safety and that of others.
Sunrise Sisterhood and its Retreat Hosts and Facilitators will take all reasonable steps and safety measures to provide a safe and supportive environment throughout your stay.
However, guests acknowledge that participation is voluntary, involves inherent risks and that they accept full personal responsibility for their choices, actions and participation. Sunrise Sisterhood and its Retreat Hosts and Facilitators cannot guarantee that accidents, injuries or unforeseen incidents will not occur and are not responsible for incidents except where liability arises under applicable law.
In the unlikely event of an accident, injury or medical emergency, our team, including CPR and First Aid trained facilitators, will take appropriate steps to assist, provide first aid within their training and arrange emergency medical assistance where necessary.
Dietary requirements
Please disclose food allergies and dietary requirements in advance. We will work with our catering team to accommodate needs where reasonably possible and communicate any limitations before booking.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance covering illness, personal emergencies, travel disruption and cancellation.
Photography and privacy
Photography and video may take place during the retreat. Guests will be able to communicate their media preferences separately.
Personal and health information will be handled confidentially and used only for appropriate booking, catering, accommodation and safety purposes, in accordance with our privacy notice.
